Cátia loves how spontaneous, funny, communicative and very clean they are. Carolina loves their positivity, lifestyle and empathy, making everything more personal and not just professional.
 It has been a pleasure for us to work with them during these months and it has been a great pleasure to meet them.

Jack and Carrie work together to keep your property in great condition. Jack stays very busy working on leaving your property even better than he found it. Carrie is extremely calm and considerate. Carrie enjoys a great kitchen set up and is great at making the kitchen “work”. Jack and Carrie are very health and environmentally conscious. They work out every day, and enjoy any new adventure they can find on land or in the sea. They become a great addition to the community. It has been a pleasure having Jack and Carrie at Mango Falls. Jack was better equipped to care for the large pool and spa tub than any company which is difficult in an extremely hot climate.  Both very organized and thoughtful Carrie not only re-organized the entire chef’s kitchen for ease of use, she also taught my housekeeper/cook to create unique, healthy, delicious meals which has significantly expanded the menu.

They are clearly well versed in all areas of property management and assisted staff in preparing the villa for an impending category 5 cyclone. Very experienced and commonsense, Jack trained the new maintenance/grounds keeper in my absence and I trusted Jack implicitly with every aspect of running my vacation home. “From October 2011 through the end of March 2012 we rented our beach front penthouse condo on the island of Roatan, Honduras to Jack Janssen who proved to be an outstanding tenant.  We are extremely pleased he is returning to care for our unit again for the 2012-2013 season.

Mr. Janssen and his partner have taken exceptional care of our unit as well as the furnishings, appliances and roof top pool.  It was consistently reported to us via our housekeeper and maintenance person that the unit was always neat and clean.

This particular unit was for sale and there was never an issue when a showing took place as they were very flexible and always maintained order and cleanliness throughout. I highly recommend Jack and Carrie Janssen, however am hoping they keep returning to Roatan.”
